I am delighted to hear that you found Thavorn Palm Beach Resort to be a great family hotel, and that you could enjoy many of its fantastic features such as our pools, breakfast, friendly staff and spacious deluxe rooms. As you experienced, all of these features together with our prime beach front location, makes Thavorn Palm Beach Resort excellent value for money. Please note that all requests for interconnecting rooms are ‘on request’ only which means that they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until the day of arrival, as is the procedure at all international hotels. As you mention, we are currently carrying out improvements on rooms, and this is a gradual process as we can only carry out works when rooms are vacant which is typically during low season months only. Meanwhile, we strive to maintain usual high standards of cleanliness. I would like to thank you again for your feedback, and hope that we can welcome you again in the near future.
