Beautiful hotel grounds and across the most peaceful Karon beach. We enjoyed the newly renovated room 2201 and the kids LOVE the petting zoo. Pizzas, cakes, pool bar were really good quality. All staff are lovely. Mr Ja-ae and Mr Moo at reception were patient and helpful. Mr Chai manager of restaurants, Mr Arm and Mr A from pool bar were so warm and hospitable every time. We wish them well and hope to come back again
This is a good hotel with good environment, Ja -ae is good in assitance and the faciity is condusif,

Check-in and getting our rooms was as breeze thanks to Staff Adele, definitely need to mentioned this as he was very helpful, kind and courteous. He even took us on a little tour around the hotel. Our room had a huge balcony and we could see the beautiful sunset from it. The hotel room are big, spacious and clean. Love the proximity of the beach to the hotel. Walking distance . We absolutely love the beach. I must say one of the best beaches in Phuket. There’s a total of 3 pools around the hotel. Water slides were amazing and kids enjoyed it. The next best thing for me is the petting zoo. Kids had fun feeding and petting the animals. There’s also a nice garden at the far left of the hotel. Very quiet and serene to walk around it. Food at breakfast was delicious. Had many choices 🙂 My fav is the fried doughnut and pandan coconut jam with coffee That I must say its heavenly.

lovely hotel with a nice swimming pool with sliders so you can be exited more than only swimming. the location is next to karon beach which the water is nice and clean. room is big and got everything you need for staying. reception ja-ae was very helpful.

I along with my wife and 2 kids stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Ever moment we stayed here was memorable, our kids enjoyed a lot in slide swimming pool, kids zone and zoo.
