By far the worst meal we now have eaten so far on our travels in Thailand. Lovely individuals, very chilly beer, good menu of customary Thai options. Good measurement parts, tasty and piping sizzling meals. The seaside is beautiful, and the staff have been friendly (I used to be the only one there). We had blended starters after which pad Thai and a hen and noodle dish. The meals could be very genuine and good worth coupled with friendly service. The one reason we did not give 1 star is as a result of the cocktails were good. Wandered here whereas staying down the seashore at the Sarojin. This restaurant is a stones throw from the Sarojin the place we had been staying and we enjoyed it a lot we ate there twice. These are tough instances for the tourism business. I might give it five stars, but I must account for bias considering I used to be very hungry on the time. I. Had walked a number of KMs down the beach until I found an open restaurant but the food was delicious! Excellent. The food was contemporary and reasonably priced, too.
Good setting for sunset. Price for two people with separate dishes, two rice and two soft drinks, about GBP7.50 – not unhealthy. Drinks and meals cheaper than resort and workers friendly and need to please. Some probles with English but once these were overcome had a simple, low cost and nice Thai dinner. However food was poor quality and not particularly tasty. Cheaper menu on Tiger Prawns than neighbor eating places like White Sand Seaside. Please care to walk past the first three eating places on the Seaside in case you are staying at the Kantara. Romantic, beautiful, wonderful. Delicious food, great service. Very nice seperate Bungalows just minutes to beach. Mosquito coils lit below the desk and candles on the desk. We returned here 2 times. Smile Beach Resort was an awesome discover for us. This low season trip is an experiment because the monsoon isn’t fairly carried out, but it has been improbable thus far. Their Restaurant is right on beach and glorious attentive workers. I by no means get tired of Smile Seaside.
