Getting to Hua Hin from Bangkok is easy. All options for transport are available in this route – bus, minibus, car, train and airplane. Train tickets can be reserved 60 days in advance either in person at any railway station of Thailand or online. Online reservations cost 200 THB extra, which is levied at the railway station, where you go to collect the tickets. The journey time is 3½ to 4 hours.
