We recommend the Kefalonia Beach
After our original holiday & flight both being cancelled we booked this hotel. What a beautiful place. Just my friend and I went and it was just what we needed. A totally relaxing holiday. If you are wanting to explore the island then you defiantly need a car but we just chilled out on the sun beds on the beach. The hotel is run by a lovely family the food was superb basic home cooked food but delicious. Made to feel very welcome. Very clean I would recommended this hotel & bungalows

Out of 9 locations we stayed on through different Greek islands this was the WORST: dirt, loss of interest for the clients, metal foldable bed for the 3rd person in the room -we payed triple room but they added another, so called, bed in the same space as for the double, no door handle inside, the tv set was a joke, the bathroom made me puke when I saw it ..the pictures are self explanatory. The breakfast? Ohhhhh….strange boiled eggs every day and little weird sausages.
OH, I just want to erase this experience from my memory and keep in mind the image of the beach only.
The location is very good for quiet family vacations with children, because the beach is in front of the hotel and not crowded.
However, the hotel has an old structure with some significant problems such as the windows. There were no mosquito nets, so we had to sleep with the windows shut. Also, the bathroom in our room was tiny, with no curtain in the shower.
Breakfast was ok.
Generally, I think the price of our room was too high for the comfort level it provided.
