Staff and the chief Lady manage (Ms Tim) were very friendly but on the weekend this seemed a heavy duty for them. Room and cleanliness is above average but can not be ranked to an international accepted standard (this is my opinion alone – bath room with noticeable trace of fungus seeping into white cemen withholding the white, square – wall ceramic tiles. Two beds-room is spacious, matress is firmed very good not causing you back-pain. Linen bed room and two (new) towels were placed which are changed daily. Air-con on the first night was not working well, just a blow of slight wind out of the air-grill we tried to adjust to 10 degree celcious but had to succumb to it. Reporting this to the FO manager she was kind enought to take action in sending an engineering staff to fill up the air coolant system or something which was helping but not as it should have been. An hour later, there was a follow up by the same person to check the air con but we were reluctant to expect anything more at this stage but impressed his service attitude. There was a local seminar group from the province and some families during our stay. Swimming pool was not bad at all. Hearing the resort’s temporary guitarists and vocalists from the seminar participants free of charge as undenyable entertainment not bad too. Breakfast quality was deteriorating if compared to our last few visits at this resort which is not far from Bangkok. Croissant was hard like those black rocks at sea level on the beach in front of restaurant, under the three close to the spirit house. Pineapple juice and orange juice were good. Egg corner served just only fried egg and some Asian delights with rice soup. Coffee was poor. Restaurant service was very good, polite and smile. All in all, Rin Beach Resort the location with private beach is very beautiful and peaceful during the day indeed. This is the surplus natural hardware to the resort. Just improve and renovate hotel hardware it will be perfect.

Rather old without renovation. Improve the surface of the small road from the main road. Build up high roof in the parking areas in front of the hotel.
