I had a memorable vacation. The gardens were delightful, their naturalness delights your eyes and makes you feel in the middle of nature, the beauty of the bonsai plants urges you to meditate. The hotel is very close to the beach, which brings the surge of waves at every moment of the day. The staff was warm and helpful from the first moments showing happy faces and welcoming smiles. With very kind and courteous staff (especially Miss Joom at the reception) I met young people in preparation ready to give you a lot of information about all the facilities of this superb resort (especially Miss Jennifer). I will return with great pleasure to this wonderful place!

Spent a few lovely relaxing days at Thavorn Palm Beach. We had a deluxe room, very nice , clean and airy. Breakfast was qiute good.The entire staff , very helpful and polite, a big thank you to Frederic for all the help during our stay.
Great hotel great staff the food at the hotel is great, the is not for swimming everything else is like heaven on earth just dont expect to swim on the beach to many rocks, other then that an absolute heaven will come again
This hotel is rated as a 5 star but to be honest I would only give it 3 to 4 at most, the reason I say this is yes it has 4 pools one with bar, but when you look around the place it needs a good paint job doing
Also there is no bar where you can sit and have a drink unless you want to be by the pool all day. at night there is one in the restaurant but not much choice when it comes to drink and you are drinking in the restaurant.
Staff are very good and helpful and the gardens are nice but nothing else going on there.
It is a quiet hotel and good for children but not 5 star in my opinion, the food is OK but again nothing to write home about.

Had a fantastic holiday here, the hotel is literally across the road from the beach. The pools are big and have plenty of space around them. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly, big shout out to Peach and all at the Blue Haven. Frederic the GM cant do enough for the guests and hosted two evening cocktail partys so he could speak to everyone. Yes it is going through a renovation and will be even better when completed but it certainly didnt spoil our enjoyment. Will recommend to anyone.
